- Large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Vegetable oil
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches red chile powder
- 2 pinches coriander powder
- 2 pinches ground pepper
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Heat enough oil in a pot for deep frying.
- Add the potatoes and deep fry until golden brown.
- Remove potatoes from the oil, and place on paper towels to drain.
- Transfer potatoes to a serving plate. Sprinkle with salt, chili powder, coriander, and pepper.
- Serve hot.
