BBQ sam-chang-bak is a very simple barbecue seasoning recipe for pork meat.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 3 katis (1.8–2 kg / 4 lbs) of pork (sam-chang-bak)
- 5 tablespoons char-siu sauce
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- Pepper
- A few drops of tenderizer
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Sprinkle the tenderizer on the meat, then mix the rest of the ingredients together with the meat.
- Barbecue the meat until done.
