- 1 cucumber, chopped in 1 cm cubes
- 1 tomato, chopped in 1 cm cubes
- 1 onion, chopped in 1 cm cubes
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 tsp za'atar (can substitute ¼ tsp thyme)
Procedure[edit | edit source]
- Mix cucumber, tomato, onion, and parsley.
- Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and za'atar to make dressing.
- Pour dressing over vegetables. Correct seasoning to taste.
