The article examines three factors of intellectual capital: Worker expertise, information sharing quality, and team psychological safety.
The 5-point Likert-type scale for information sharing quality was developed from previous literature in order to assure content validity. Items from Earley/Mosakowski (2000) and Moenaert/Souder (1996) were modified.

Both the quality of an organization’s information and the value of its information systems reflect the organization’s information sharing potential.
